Specialist recruitment agency Greycoat Lumley's have a dream job for a couple – and it's in beautiful Ibiza, Spain. Whilst the island has a reputation for being one of Europe's nightlife capitals, it also has a different side to its personality. Namely, as a home (or second home) for successful entrepreneurs, celebrities and retirees seeking peace and privacy in a beautiful location.
The northern part of the White Isle (away from the bustling centres of Ibiza Town and San Antonio on the South and West coasts respectively) are where this particular vacancy is located. The agency is seeking a live-in couple to maintain a British family's seven-bedroom luxury villa. As with most jobs of this type – where a large home needs to be looked after – the ideal candidates would need to fulfil a range of responsibilities from housekeeping and light family cooking to handyman skills and swimming pool care. Of particular interest will be your gardening skills as it is a key part of the job.
The family are only in residence for five months per annum and during busier periods they also bring in a local housekeeper and private chef so, when their guests visit, there will be additional staff to help you.
The joint salary for the couple is €4,000 – €4,200 per month net in addition to accommodation in a 'beautiful 1 bedroom apartment close to the main property.'
