Dream Job Vacancy – Live in the UK’s Most Remote Restaurant (With Rooms)

Corrour Station House, described as the UK's most remote restaurant, has the dream job vacancy for you.   If you'd describe yourself as an 'all-rounder', this opportunity could see you and your partner (or a friend if you'd prefer) secure a live-in role at this unique Bed & Breakfast from March until October (2023).   

Surrounded by breathtaking scenery, your five-day working week will consist of 'customer service, barista work, housekeeping, help with kitchen prep' and other tasks as they arise.  We imagine that the property's remote location means a willingness to turn your hand to anything could be pretty useful.  In addition to the 'excellent rate of pay and an equal share of the tips', you'll also be given free accommodation – particularly useful as Corrour Station House is only by accessible by train or a 20 mile hike.

As it is set in such an unspoilt location (and also because it lays claim to being the UK's highest railway station) the station has featured in a number of TV programmes but its moment of immortalisation probably came from an iconic scene in the Trainspotting film.

'WE’RE HIRING!

With not too long to go until this years season kicks off we are looking for a couple (or two friends) to join our small team. It’s an all-rounder position. The daily duties would include customer service, barista work, housekeeping, help with kitchen prep and service along with some KP jobs. Any previous kitchen experience would be advantageous.

Accommodation is provided along with an excellent rate of pay and an equal share of the tips. 5 day working week from the end of March until the end of October.
