Dream Job Vacancy With Siggi’s – $50k to Live in Iceland

Yes you read that correctly.  The Icelandic yoghurt brand Siggi's have a dream job vacancy and it involves living in Iceland, becoming their Chief Operating Offi-skyr (skyr being Icelandic yoghurt if you didn't know already) and earning up to $50k. The best bit is, they're not requesting any specific experience or qualifications, they just want someone who can provide some feedback on Iceland's four-day work week, suggest some new skyr flavors and create some content for them.

If that all sounds pretty amazing, you're right.  This has to be one of the coolest job vacancies in the world right now and here's why;

  • The opportunity to spend an extended period of time working in Iceland is pretty rare (the entire population of Iceland is 366,000) so it's not like there are millions of job vacancies in the country.
  • Iceland is one of the most amazing places in the world to visit.  Really spectacular scenery and a very high standard of living combine to make a happy population.
  • $50k for not doing very much sounds like a pretty good deal to us.
  • Siggi's are a great brand (no they're not paying us to write this).  Their founding beliefs were based on producing great yoghurt with a much lower sugar content and less ingredients. So they're helping make the world a better place AND producing really tasty food.

If you don't believe how good this role is, we've provided the role's responsibilities below.
